Video Project
The Video Project is operating under the Directorate of Extension Education since 1987-88. Video is a powerful tool in the hands of extension workers to educate the farmers in the field of agriculture and allied subjects. It creates interest and awareness among farmers, which can help for transfer of technology.
Objectives:
- To produce success stories of progressive farmers on the performance of improved agriculture technology and allied enterprises.
- To produce programmes on crops and allied enterprises based on the need of the farmers and utilize the same in electronic media.
- To record various activities of the KVKs, research stations and activities at OUAT head quarters, which could be telecast through television.
