• Awarded with Fulbright-Nehru Visiting Lecturer Fellowship by US – India Educational Foundation, New Delhi, India to teach a course to Masters and PhD students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Mississippi State University, Starkville, USA from August – December, 2013.
• Conferred with Fellowship of Indian Proctology Society (FIPS) for outstanding contribution in the field of Science and Welfare of the Society as a whole in the year 2019
