The Experiential Learning Programme conducted on two modules during 7th Semester. The Experiential Learning Programme on Fish seed Production (FSR-411) during the year 2021-22, there are 24 nos. of VIIth Semester B.F. Sc students actively participated and a total of 95.0 lakhs carp spawn (Catla, Rohu, Mrigal and Amur carp) were produced, out of which 6.775 lakhs of fry and 2.5 lakhs of fingerlings were produced and marketed to the practicing small and marginal fish farmers of Ganjam district during the experiential learning (Hands-on-Training) programme for the year 2019-20 from College of Fisheries, Rangailunda.
During the Experiential Learning Programme on Post Harvest Technology (FSR-412) during 2021-22, there are 24nos. of VIIth Semester B.F.Sc students actively participated and a total of 208 kg of dry fish, 195 kg of Frozen Fish curry and 52 kg of Fish Cutlet were produced and marketed in local and far away market.

In-Plant Attachment:

The in-plant attachment programme is conducted in during 8th semester. The students are placed in different fish processing plants in Odisha under Post Harvest Technology and for in-plant in fish seed production, the students are sent to ICAR-CIFA and other seed production farms under Directorate of Fisheries, Govt. of Odisha.
