In student experimental plots, students are engaged in hands-on learning by cultivating a diverse range of crops. They gain practical experience in growing vegetables and flowering plants, which enhances their understanding of crop management techniques, disease and pest control, as well as marketing strategies for their produce.

Farm equipments

Horticulture farm has various equipments such as 11-tyne cultivator, disc harrow, Falcon garden tools, MB Plough, Post hole digger (45 cm, 65 cm and 75 cm diameter), power tiller, rotavator and tractor. Apart from these the farm has various facilities such as field class room, implement shed, storage go down, pump (1 HP motor) etc.
