Department of English:

The Department offers English language courses to B.Sc and +2Sc students of the college. Communication skill and technical english courses are also offered to students of B.Sc Ag,B.Tech(Agricultural engineering) and community science students of the University.The department uses state of art methods in teaching and has a well furnished language laboratory constructed with special grants from the Higher Education Department, Govenment of Odisha.

The department has smart class rooms and well furnished laboratories to impart high quality education to the students and conducting research. The department has research projects funded by UGC and DST, Odisha.

The Department of Chemistry offers six semester B.Sc (Honours), four semester M.Sc programmes with intake capacity of 32 and10 respectively in an academic session. Department of Computer science (Self-financed):

The Department of Computer science offers six semester B.Sc (Honours) with intake capacity of 48 in an academic session. The department has smart class rooms and state of art computer laboratories to impart high quality education to the students.
