The Institutional Development Plan (IDP) is funded by ICAR under National Agricultural Higher Education Project (NAHEP). The key goal of IDP is to foster a learner-centric environment, student faculty diversity, competency, entrepreneurship, skill development, and an international perspective. They also include improving education management through using partnerships, technology, and alumni networks.
