Technologies generated pottangi

  • Ginger rhizome treatment with Trichoderma harzianum @ 10g/l+ Pseudomonas flouroscence @ 10g/l along with application of both @ 10 kg/ha at basal, 45 and 90 DAS resulted in low Percent Disease Intensity (6.11) and highest yield (17.53 t/ha) followed by rhizome treatment with Trichoderma viridae @ 10g/l+ Pseudomonas flouroscence 10 g/l along with application of both @ 10 kg/ha at basal, 45 and 90DAS resulted in Percent Disease Intensity of 9.36 and yield of 17.45 t/ha.
  • The lowest Percent Disease Intensity (6.08%) and highest fresh rhizome yield of ginger (17.28t/ha) was found in the treatment (M1T2) i.e. soil application of Bacillus sp. GAP107MTCC 12725 at the time of planting and at 45, 60 and 90 days @ 5 lit /bed ( i.e. 20gms talc formulation per litre of water and drench @ 5 lit/bed) ) followed by M1T1 Chemical (CaCl2 3%) at the time of planting and at 45, 60 and 90 days @ 5 lit /bed with Percent Disease Intensity (8.30%) and yield of 15.58 t/ha.
  • Tricho power liquid @ 5ml/lt at basal application, 45DAS and 90 DAS (T5) produced low Percent Disease Intensity (5.9) and high fresh rhizome yield (17.6t/ha) followed by Tricho capsule @ 1 capsule/120 l of water (T.harzianum) (T1) with Percent Disease Intensity of 7.1 and fresh rhizome yield of 15.8 t/ha
  • Tricho power liquid @ 5ml/lt at basal application , 45DAS and 90 DAS (T5) produced low Percent Disease Intensity (9.4) and high fresh rhizome yield (21.6t/ha) in turmeric followed by Tricho capsule @ 1capsule/120 l of water (T.harzianum) (T1) with Percent Disease Intensity of 10.8 and fresh rhizome yield of 20.4 t/ha.
